These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SabiFunds mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using SabiFunds, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SabiFunds is a personal and shared finance management platform designed to help users record, organise, analyse, and understand financial information they choose to enter, upload, or connect to the Service.
SabiFunds is operated by Anthiz Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. SabiFunds is not a bank, does not hold customer funds, does not provide wallets, does not issue payment cards, and does not initiate payments, transfers, or other financial transactions on behalf of users.
Bank connection features are optional and may not be available in all countries or regions. Availability may depend on your location, your financial institution, third-party provider coverage, regulatory requirements, and subscription plan.
For users connecting UK bank accounts, bank connectivity is provided through Open Banking under Finexer Ltd. Anthiz Group Ltd operates as an appointed agent of Finexer Ltd for the provision of Account Information Services (AIS) in the United Kingdom.
Finexer Ltd is the authorised and regulated principal firm responsible for regulatory oversight of applicable UK AIS activities. Anthiz Group Ltd is not itself directly authorised by the FCA as a payment institution.
UK Open Banking access is read-only and is based on your explicit consent. It may require re-authentication at least every 90 days, or at such other intervals required by applicable regulation or your bank. We may send in-app reminders, push notifications, or service messages to help you re-authenticate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access if re-authentication is not completed or if your bank/provider connection fails.
For users connecting bank accounts in the United States and Canada, bank connectivity is currently provided through Plaid. Plaid availability depends on supported institutions, user consent, provider coverage, and applicable regional rules.
The UK 90-day Open Banking re-authentication requirement does not generally apply to US and Canadian Plaid connections, although users may still be asked to reconnect or re-authorise accounts where required by Plaid, their bank, security controls, or technical issues.
Where bank connectivity is enabled, SabiFunds retrieves transaction data on a read-only basis. By choosing to connect a bank account, you authorise SabiFunds and its applicable third-party providers to access, process, and store transaction information such as dates, amounts, descriptions, merchants, and categories for the purpose of providing budgeting, tracking, project, automation, and insight features.
SabiFunds does not store your bank login credentials and cannot make payments, move money, change your bank account, or operate your bank account on your behalf.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 years old, you confirm that you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Service and that they accept these Terms on your behalf. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service.
By using SabiFunds, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use certain features of SabiFunds, you must create an account using a valid email address or supported authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, misuse, or compromise of your account.
You agree to use SabiFunds only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data, reverse engineer the Service, or use the Service in a way that may harm SabiFunds, other users, or third-party providers.
SabiFunds allows you to manually enter, import, upload, or connect financial information such as income, expenses, receipts, budgets, account records, categories, and project-related records.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful use of any information you provide. SabiFunds does not independently verify manually entered information, uploaded files, imported spreadsheets, or user-created records.
Some SabiFunds features rely on third-party providers, including regulated Open Banking providers, financial data aggregators, app stores, authentication providers, infrastructure providers, and AI service providers.
We do not control third-party systems and cannot guarantee:
Delays, missing transactions, duplicate entries, incorrect categorisation, connection failures, provider outages, bank-side issues, re-authentication requirements, regional restrictions, or temporary interruptions may occur due to factors outside our control.
You are responsible for reviewing your financial information before relying on it. SabiFunds is not responsible for any loss, decision, action, missed payment, budgeting error, tax issue, or other consequence arising from delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or third-party-provided data.
SabiFunds may provide automated insights, summaries, analysis, prompts, alerts, and AI-powered responses, including through our AI assistant, Kara. These features are designed to help you understand your financial activity, spending patterns, budgets, projects, and records.
Insights and AI-generated content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They may be based on limited, delayed, incomplete, or user-provided data, and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.
SabiFunds does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, credit, mortgage, insurance, pension, or regulated financial advice. Insights, summaries, alerts, and AI responses should not be treated as personalised financial advice or as a substitute for professional advice.
You remain solely responsible for reviewing your information and making any financial, legal, tax, business, or personal decisions.
SabiFunds may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions may unlock additional features such as enhanced insights, imports, automation, collaboration, bank connectivity, or other premium functionality.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other approved payment processors where applicable. SabiFunds does not process card payments directly inside the mobile app and does not store your payment card details.
Subscription billing, cancellations, refunds, renewals, and payment disputes may be subject to the terms of the relevant app store or payment processor. Some features may change, be added, removed, limited, or made subject to additional plan requirements over time.
SabiFunds relies on third-party service providers to deliver certain features of the Service. These may include, but are not limited to:
By using SabiFunds, you acknowledge that these providers may process your data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. SabiFunds does not control and is not responsible for the services, availability, security practices, decisions, or data practices of third-party providers.
We may promote SabiFunds through advertising, social media, influencer campaigns, app store campaigns, referral campaigns, or other marketing activities.
We do not sell your personal financial data to advertisers. If we introduce personalised advertising or advertising technologies that involve additional data processing, we will update our Privacy Policy and provide any required controls or notices under applicable law.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data. By using SabiFunds, you agree to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You should review the Privacy Policy carefully, especially where you choose to use optional bank connection, AI, import, receipt upload, or project collaboration features.
You may upload or submit content such as receipts, notes, documents, transaction imports, project records, and other information. You confirm that you have the right to upload and use this content and that it does not violate any law, third-party right, or these Terms.
You remain responsible for reviewing uploaded or imported content for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
SabiFunds may allow users to create, join, or contribute to shared projects. Project owners, joint owners, and contributors may have different permissions and visibility depending on their role and the product rules in place at the time.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you share in a project is appropriate and lawful. SabiFunds is not responsible for disputes between users, contributors, project owners, joint owners, or third parties regarding project records, expenses, budgets, allocations, or reimbursements.
SabiFunds may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, bank, provider, region, or operating system.
We may release updates, change features, adjust plan limits, or modify how certain features work to improve the Service, comply with legal requirements, manage costs, or respond to third-party provider changes.
You must not use SabiFunds to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SabiFunds, Anthiz Group Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, data, or financial loss arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from reliance on user-entered data, imported data, AI-generated insights, delayed bank data, missing transactions, inaccurate categorisation, third-party provider failures, service interruptions, account disconnections, re-authentication failures, or unsupported financial institutions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the Service will meet your specific needs, produce particular outcomes, improve your financial position, or remain available without interruption.
You are responsible for keeping independent records where necessary and for verifying important financial information before making decisions.
You may stop using the Service at any time. SabiFunds may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create legal or security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that may harm SabiFunds, other users, or third-party providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we may notify you through the app, website, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
