SabiFunds is operated by Anthiz Group Ltd.

Anthiz Group Ltd trading as SabiFunds acts as an agent of Finexer Ltd. Finexer Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (FRN 925695) for the provision of Account Information Services
Finexer Ltd is the authorised payment institution and principal firm responsible for regulatory oversight of Anthiz Group Ltd’s UK AIS activities.
Our account information service is limited to read-only access to account and transaction information where a user chooses to connect a supported bank account. We do not hold client funds, provide payment initiation services, move money, transfer money, process payments for users, provide wallets, or operate as a bank.
SabiFunds is a budgeting, income and expense tracking, project tracking, and financial insights app. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
We may collect your country of residence to tailor the Service to your region and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
This information is used to provide and improve the Service and is not sold to third parties.
Bank connection features are optional. If you choose to connect a bank account, SabiFunds may import read-only transaction data such as transaction amount, date, description, merchant, category information returned by the provider, account name, account type, and related account information made available by the provider.
We use this information to help you automatically track income and expenses, categorise spending, generate insights, and support budgeting and project tracking features.
We do not access or store your bank login credentials. Bank authentication and consent are handled through the relevant bank connection provider.
For UK users, bank connection features are provided under the regulatory framework of Finexer Ltd. Anthiz Group Ltd trading as SabiFunds acts as an agent of Finexer Ltd. Finexer Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (FRN 925695) for the provision of Account Information Services
UK bank access is read-only and based on your explicit consent. We do not initiate payments, modify your bank account, transfer funds, hold client money, or provide payment services.
For users in the United States and Canada, supported bank connection features are currently provided through Plaid. Plaid is used to connect supported financial accounts and retrieve account and transaction information securely where you provide consent.
Plaid currently supports SabiFunds bank connections for users in the United States and Canada only. Bank connection availability may vary by institution, country, provider, and product rollout. Additional providers or regions may be introduced over time.
You explicitly consent to bank data access when you connect an account. You may disconnect linked accounts at any time within the app or through your bank or provider where available. Once an account is disconnected, we will stop retrieving new data from that account.
For UK Open Banking connections, access to account information is time-limited and users may need to re-authenticate at least every 90 days or as otherwise required by applicable Open Banking rules, bank requirements, or the provider’s consent flow. We may send in-app reminders, push notifications, or email reminders where available to help you maintain access.
The 90-day re-authentication requirement applies to UK Open Banking connections. Users in other regions, including the United States and Canada, may not be subject to the same 90-day re-authentication requirement, although a bank or provider may still require reconnection or renewed consent from time to time.
Bank data and financial information provided within SabiFunds rely on third-party providers (including regulated Open Banking providers and financial data aggregators such as Plaid).
We do not control these third-party systems and cannot guarantee:
Delays, missing transactions, duplicate entries, or temporary service interruptions may occur due to factors outside our control, including bank system outages, provider limitations, or regulatory requirements (such as re-authentication in certain regions).
SabiFunds is not responsible for any loss, decisions, or actions taken based on data that is delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to third-party services.
SabiFunds provides automated insights, summaries, and analysis based on the financial data you input or connect, including through our AI-powered assistant (“Kara”).
These insights are generated for informational and educational purposes only and are intended to help you better understand your financial activity.
SabiFunds does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The insights provided are not personalised financial advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance.
You remain solely responsible for reviewing your financial information and making any decisions based on it.
AI-generated insights may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on limited context. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any insights produced by the system.
Where UK GDPR or similar data protection laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
SabiFunds integrates with third-party services that may process user data to enable key features such as authentication, subscriptions, bank connectivity, storage, AI insights, communications, diagnostics, and service security. We use Firebase Authentication by Google to manage user authentication and secure sign-in, including OAuth-based login methods where applicable.
We use OpenAI to power Kara, our AI assistant, which helps analyse financial data and provide insights when you choose to use the feature.

We may promote SabiFunds through advertising campaigns, social media, influencer campaigns, app store campaigns, referral activity, and other marketing channels.
We may process limited marketing and campaign performance data, such as app install attribution, campaign source, clicks, impressions, referral codes, landing page visits, device type, country or region, and general engagement metrics. This helps us understand which campaigns are effective and improve our marketing.
We do not sell your personal financial data, bank transaction data, manually entered financial records, project data, receipt uploads, or Kara AI prompts to advertisers.
If we introduce personalised advertising, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate consent choices and controls where required by law or app store rules.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain accurate records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Service.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data through the Account Deletion page or by contacting us. Some data may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, regulatory, security, audit, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
If you disconnect a bank account, we will stop retrieving new data from that account. Previously imported transaction data may remain in your SabiFunds account unless you delete it, delete your account, or request deletion, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements.
System, diagnostic, and security logs may be retained for a limited period to maintain service integrity, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse.
We use reasonable administrative, organisational, and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
SabiFunds may use service providers located in different countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
